Yes. We partner with Oystehr, a HIPAA-compliant infrastructure provider, to store and manage all Protected Health Information (PHI). All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest, and access is limited to authorized users. We also offer Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) to providers who use our platform, in accordance with HIPAA requirements.

No, Mashi Health is a software company—not a group practice—and does not contract with any insurance providers. Our platform supports independent PTs, many of whom offer superbills to their patients for out-of-network reimbursement.
Our pricing is simple: $40/month for software access. For transactions processed through Mashi, we charge 5%, and Stripe’s payment processing fee is 2.9% + $0.30.
